About me

Portrait Alexander Schneider, CEO Singing Crickets

After studying political science, law, and economics, I gained extensive experience in the areas of strategic HR partnerships, employee and leadership culture and the practice of corporate co-determination at Apple and Microsoft. Most recently, I was the responsible People Business Partner for many countries in Central and Eastern Europe at Apple, where international cooperation and interface responsibility for all relevant HR areas was crucial.

The way in which we can successfully deal with our professional and personal conflicts has always been present in my professional career. As part of my training to become a certified Gestalt Coach, I was able to learn how important it is to be in touch with your own needs to achieve your personal and professional goals.

With Singing Crickets® I would like to offer a platform for my passion for a modern and emphatic leadership and corporate culture as well as value-oriented conflict moderation and make my experience accessible to other companies and private persons.

When contradictory positions solidify, things quickly become complicated. We start hiding in our trenches, unconsciously interpret and reinforce the opposites until conflicts can no longer be overcome without help. If this is the case, mediation helps to illuminate the interests of all parties on an equal footing through an all-party advisor and thus bring the conflict onto a constructive path.

Mediation and conflict moderation are the means of choice if everyone involved in the conflict is willing to take ownership in finding solutions.
